Shipping policy

Delivery within the UAE

Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1–2 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders above 300 AED. Orders under 300 AED are charged a flat shipping fee of 30 AED.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout, or you’re welcome to contact us at shopesanse@gmail.com before ordering for an estimate.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Sunday–Thursday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
